Zara Anne Elizabeth Phillips, MBE (born 15 May 1981) is the second child and only daughter of Princess Anne, Princess Royal and her first husband, Captain Mark Phillips. As the eldest granddaughter of Queen Elizabeth II and Prince Philip, Duke of Edinburgh, she is twelfth in the line of succession to the British throne.
